Personal work is something I’ve always struggled doing. When you become a professional photographer the personal projects tend to take a back burner. Clients become the priority and the photographers needs tend to get to be a ‘someday’ dream.
Well now that that has changed this year, I’ve found myself dreaming a little more. I’ve had this shoot in my head for a very long time. My good friends have this amazing backyard/farm. This type of space is so rare in Arizona and the green is even more rare in the summer. I wanted this shoot to be simple, have the kids play for some non posed pics and not even at the best light. I wanted to show what a real day for the Wood family would look like. Introducing the Wood family.
