The moment I spoke to Nikki on the phone I knew we would hit it off. I just loved her energy and love for her fiance and life in general. She is such a beautiful and kind person. Kevin and Nikki wanted to have a cactus-filled wedding and coming from Washington, they wanted bright sun instead of grey skies and they got just that. I loved their wedding and loved being able to capture their gorgeous day. The happiness but also the emotional side of her day were my favorites.

After the wedding when we were doing bridal portraits we were walking and a hummingbird came close by. Hummingbirds are wonderful creatures and for Nikki, it reminded her of her grandfather who had recently passed. It was such a beautiful moment. Moments like this are what weddings are truly about; celebrating with those you love but also remembering those that could not be there. I am so grateful I was able to be there with you two. I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!
